Wildwood Camping Management GmbH
These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the campsites operated by Wildwood Camping Management GmbH as landlord and the guest as tenant.
The contractual services shall be rendered on the basis of the respectively valid descriptions and price lists. Annual price increases and changes to the seasonal periods remain reserved by the campsite.
Telephone information or other ancillary agreements require written form in order to be effective and shall only become part of the contract upon written confirmation by the campsite.
The campsite shall provide the guest with the pitch, the boundaries of which are determined by the operator, for the agreed period of time. The guest is entitled to place on the pitch a caravan with one vehicle, a motorhome/van or a tent with one vehicle and to use the pitch as well as the communal facilities with the booked number of persons in accordance with these GTC, the campsite regulations and within the framework of the applicable public law provisions.
The guest is not entitled to establish a residence on the campsite or to carry out any commercial activity.
Bookings by individual guests are primarily made online via the booking form on the website www.wildwoodcamping.de. The total price is due immediately upon booking and may be paid by credit card or PayPal. The contract shall become binding upon the booking confirmation by the campsite and payment of the rental amount.
Bookings by e-mail or telephone are generally not intended. In the event of difficulties with the online booking process, the respective campsite may be contacted.
In the case of spontaneous bookings on site, the total price is due immediately and may be paid at reception by credit card, EC card or cash.
Groups are generally permitted at the campsites. Bookings shall be made in the same manner as individual bookings via the booking form on our website. A maximum of 5 pitches may be booked per booking. In the event of larger groups, each guest must book their pitch independently. A guarantee for adjacent pitches cannot be given. In the event of difficulties with the booking, the respective campsite may be contacted.
Bookings by unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 are not permitted.
The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to arrival.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, any withdrawal must always be made in writing to the e-mail address of the respective campsite. The date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration by the campsite shall be decisive for the amount of the resulting fees (see § 5 Cancellation Conditions, Fees).
Pitches which are still unoccupied at the end of reception hours on the day of arrival and for which no written or telephone agreement regarding later occupation has been made may be used otherwise by the campsite, as may pitches which become vacant due to early departure. In the event of early departure, overpaid costs shall neither be refunded nor credited.
In your own interest, we recommend taking out travel cancellation and/or travel interruption insurance.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, there shall be no entitlement to reimbursement.
The guest and accompanying persons must observe the campsite regulations displayed on site.
In the event of serious violations, the campsite shall be entitled to terminate the contract without notice even without prior warning. In this case, the guest shall not be entitled to a proportional refund of the rental fee.

Only one vehicle is permitted per pitch (except category LARGE).
Only the registered persons may use the campsite. Additional overnight guests must be registered at reception and the respectively applicable overnight fees must be paid.
Only the maximum number of persons described for the respective pitch (including children) is permitted per pitch. This can be found in the respective pitch description for each campsite on the website or within the booking process.
Stays at the campsite by minors are only permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian. Such guardian shall be responsible for supervision and liable for the actions of the minors.
The campsites are located near bodies of water and may contain unsupervised water areas within the pitch area.
Electricity shall only be supplied to guests who comply with all statutory provisions as consumers. Electrical cables supplying caravans, motorhomes and tents must comply with the general technical regulations. The guest shall be liable for damage caused by power surges. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
Stays at the campsite are only permitted with vehicles that have a valid gas inspection certificate. By making a booking, users declare that their caravan/motorhome has a valid gas inspection certificate.
Only dogs and, upon consultation with the campsite, domestic cats are permitted on the campsite. Dogs must be registered during booking and are subject to a charge. A maximum of 2 dogs may be booked per pitch.
Out of consideration for other guests, especially children, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the campsite, including on the booked pitch. If an animal brought along causes disturbance to other guests, the campsite may demand the removal of the animal from the campsite, even if keeping the animal was permitted under the rental agreement.
Waste must be separated by the guest and disposed of accordingly at the recycling station.
Wastewater must be disposed of in the designated drains.
Special disposal points are also available for faeces.
Guests must behave in such a manner that the safety and order of the operation, their own safety and that of other guests are not impaired.
Instructions from campsite management and its representatives must be complied with in all cases.
Each guest undertakes to treat the inventory and the pitch with care. The guest is furthermore obliged to compensate the campsite for any damage caused by them.
The campsite shall be liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health which are attributable to intent or negligence, i.e. fault on the part of the operator or fault on the part of vicarious agents or legal representatives of the operator.
Liability of the operator for damages which do not constitute injury to life, body or health is excluded unless such damages are based on grossly negligent or intentional acts or omissions by the operator or legal representatives of the operator.
No claim shall arise in the event of damage caused by force majeure. In particular, the landlord shall not be liable for damage caused by animals or plants/trees or weather conditions.
No liability shall be assumed for the loss of or damage to valuables brought onto the campsite by guests.
Use of the playground and further communal areas within the pitch area, as well as use of the forest and meadow areas outside the pitch area at the campsite, shall be at the guest’s own risk.
Despite all efforts, complaints unfortunately cannot be excluded. The guest is obliged to report complaints immediately on site at reception. Reception staff are authorised to receive complaints and shall forward the notice of defects to management.
Where a defect exists, the campsite shall remedy it immediately insofar as this is possible.
Personal data provided within the scope of the booking shall be used by the campsite exclusively for internal purposes, in particular for processing the booking and fulfilling contractual services. Further information regarding data protection is available on the homepage.
Critical areas of the campsite are monitored by video cameras. This serves the safety of guests (identification and prevention of security risks), protection of property and possessions, control of access authorisations and enforcement of domiciliary rights. Recordings shall only be evaluated where necessary and only the required data shall be stored until clarification has been completed.
At regular intervals, the campsite conducts image and audio recordings on the campsite premises. If the guest does not wish this, the photographer must be informed immediately.
We reserve the right to correct errors as well as printing and calculation mistakes.
Claims against the campsite must be brought at its registered office. German law shall apply.
For claims brought by the campsite against the guest, the guest’s place of residence shall be decisive unless the claim is directed against merchants or persons who, after conclusion of the contract, have moved their residence or habitual place of stay abroad, or whose residence or habitual place of stay is unknown at the time the action is filed. In these cases, the registered office of the campsite shall be decisive.
Should individual provisions of this contract be legally invalid, they shall apply mutatis mutandis. The remaining contractual provisions shall remain valid in all cases.
