Terms and Conditions

§ 1 SCOPE

  • These terms and conditions regulate the mutual obligations and rights between the campsites operated by Wildwood Camping Management GmbH as the lessor and the guest as the lessee.
  • The contractual services are provided based on the respective valid descriptions and price lists. The campsite reserves the right to make annual price increases and changes to seasonal periods.
  • Verbal information or other ancillary agreements require written confirmation to be effective and are only part of the contract if confirmed in writing by the campsite.

§ 2 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

  • The campsite provides the guest with a pitch, the boundaries of which are determined by the operator, for the agreed period. The guest is entitled to set up a caravan with a vehicle, a motorhome/van, or a tent with a vehicle on the pitch and use the pitch and communal facilities with the booked number of persons under these GTC, campsite regulations, and applicable public laws.
  • The guest is not entitled to establish a residence or carry out commercial activities on the campsite.

§ 3 BOOKING, PAYMENT, CONTRACT CONCLUSION

  • Online Bookings: Bookings by individual guests are primarily made online via the booking form on the website www.wildwoodcamping.de. The total price is due immediately upon booking and can be paid by credit card or PayPal. The contract is binding upon the campsite's booking confirmation and payment of the rental fee.
  • Email or Telephone Bookings: Bookings via email or phone are generally not intended. In case of difficulties with online booking, the respective campsite can be contacted.
  • On-Site Bookings: For spontaneous on-site bookings, the total price is due immediately and can be paid by credit card, debit card, or cash at the reception.
  • Group Bookings: Groups are generally allowed on the campsites. Bookings are made via the booking form on our website, as with individual bookings. A maximum of 5 pitches can be booked per reservation. For larger groups, each guest must book their pitch independently. Contiguous pitches cannot be guaranteed. For booking issues, the respective campsite can be contacted.
  • Minors: Bookings by unaccompanied individuals under 18 years old are not allowed.

§ 4 CANCELLATION

  • Guests may cancel the contract at any time before arrival.
  • To avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must always be made in writing via the respective campsite’s email address. The date the cancellation notice is received by the campsite determines the applicable fees (see § 5 Cancellation Conditions, Fees).
  • Pitches that remain unoccupied by the end of the reception's operating hours on the arrival day, without prior written or telephone agreement for later occupation, may be reallocated by the campsite. The same applies to pitches vacated early. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Guests are advised to obtain travel cancellation or interruption insurance for their own benefit.

§ 5 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS, FEES

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
  • 13 days to 3 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee or free rebooking to another travel date within the current season.
  • From 2 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
  • Late arrivals or early departures: No entitlement to a refund.

§ 6 CAMPSITE REGULATIONS

  • Guests and their companions must observe the posted campsite rules.
  • In the event of serious violations, the campsite is entitled to terminate the contract without notice and without prior warning. Guests are not entitled to a partial refund of the rental fee in such cases.
